How do I check my eGift Card balance?

You can check your remaining eGift Card balance during the checkout process. You will be required to enter your eGift Card number and 4-digit PIN number in order to check your balance. The balance you see when viewing the eGift Card balance on line is an estimately only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase online, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.

What if I want to return an item I purchased using an eGift Card?

Returning an item purchased with an eGift Card is no different than returning an item purchased using a credit card. If you decide to return an item that was purchased online entirely using an eGift Card, we will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. A new eGift Card will be emailed to you in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded.
 
If you decide to return an item that was purchased online where a portion of the purchase was made using an eGift Card and combined with a credit card, we will refund the eGift Card first and then the refund the credit card. A new eGift Card will be emailed to you in the form and amount refunded. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded. If you partially used the original eGift Card for the returned item, be sure to check the balance for any remaining amount and save it as you can use it for another purchase in addition to the new eGift Card you received for the returned item.

Example: You place an online order for $1200 of merchandise (one item for $300 and one item for $900). You use a $500 eGift Card and apply the remaning $700 amount to your credit card. You decide to return the item that cost $300. The $300 refund will be to a new eGift Card that will be emailed to you. If you then return the other $900 item later, you will get a second new eGift Card for the remaining $200 and then a $700 refund will be made to your credit card, reflecting the total paid for the order in the same payment methods used.
 
All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with receipt included. If the item is unused and returned back, we will offer a full refund. However, you are responsible for the return shipping back.

I lost / misplaced my eGift Card. What do I do?

eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. We are not responsible if an eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

What happens if I cancel an order I placed using an eGift Card?

Cancelling an order purchased with an eGift Card is no different that cancelling an order purchased using a credit card. If you decide to cancel an order that was purchased online entirely using an eGift Card, we will process the order cancellation and a new eGift Card will be emailed to you in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.

Can I use an eGift Card for an online purchase if I'm also using a discount or promo code?

Yes! Your eGift Card is redeemed like a credit card and can be used in conjunction with a discount or promo code. Simply check out as you normally would using an eGift Card. If your eGift Card does not cover the entire amount of the transaction, simply add your credit card details to complete the transaction.

How do I use my eGift Card to make a purchase online?

To redeem an eGift Card, simply enter the 18-digit eGift Card number and 4-digit PIN code on the billing page of checkout. If you do not have enough remaining balance on your eGift Card to cover the full amount of the purchase, you’ll need to add your credit card details to complete the transaction.

Can I use my eGift Cards in retail stores that sell your products?

Our branded eGift Cards are only accepted as a method of payment on Bushnell.com, RCBS.com, WeaverOptics.com, Primos.com, ButlerCreek.com, ChampionTarget.com, Hoppes.com, UncleMikes.com, Blackhawk.com, GoldTip.com, and BeeStinger.com and will not be accepted by any of our retail partners or their respective ecommerce stores.

Can I transfer the balance of an eGift Card to another card?

No, eGift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except where applicable by law. Void if resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. eGift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods on Bushnell.com, RCBS.com, WeaverOptics.com, Primos.com, ButlerCreek.com, ChampionTarget.com, Hoppes.com, UncleMikes.com, Blackhawk.com, GoldTip.com, and BeeStinger.com.

If I have multiple eGift Cards, can I consolidate them into one card?

No, eGift Cards cannot be consolidated or combined into one card at this time.

Will my eGift Card expire?

There are no expiration dates or service fees and eGift Cards do not decrease in value if unused. eGift Cards must be remitted to the state of Delaware five years after their last use. After five years, you may contact your state to request any unclaimed property related to the eGift Card.

Can I use more than one eGift Card to complete one online order?

You can redeem up to three (3) eGift Cards per transaction on Bushnell.com, RCBS.com, WeaverOptics.com, Primos.com, ButlerCreek.com, ChampionTarget.com, Hoppes.com, UncleMikes.com, Blackhawk.com, GoldTip.com, and BeeStinger.com.
 
Currently, we do not offer virtual eGift Cards for redemption on BushnellGolf.com.

Where can I find my eGift Card number? How will I receive my eGift Card?

Check your inbox for an email from one of our brands with subject line containing "gift card." This email will include both an 18-digit eGift Card number and 4-digit PIN number that are required at checkout. If someone else purchased an eGift Card for you, they provided your email address in order to send you an eGift Card. Check your inbox for your eGift Card information and special message from your friend. Be sure to save this email to reference your card number and PIN.

Can I see my eGift Card number and balance when I log into my online account?

At this time, we do not have a way for you to look up your eGift Card number and card balance in your online account. Check your inbox for your eGift Card email that includes your 18-digit eGift Card number and 4-digit PIN number that are required at checkout.
 
You can check your eGift Card balance by visiting the Check Balance page on on the website or in your online shopping cart during the checkout process.

My eGift Card balance isn't enough to cover my online purchase, can I split the total and pay with a credit card?

Yes, simply check out as you normally would using an eGift Card. If your eGift Card does not cover the entire amount of the transaction, you may either add another eGift Card (up to a maximum of three) to cover the remaining amount, or simply add your credit card details to complete the transaction.

If I create a return will the money go back to my eGift Card?

For items returned from a purchase made on one of our participating websites using an eGift Card, a new eGift Card will be emailed to you in the form and amount tendered for that portion of the purchase. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded.

If I use an eGift Card and forget to apply a discount or promo code, do you apply the discount and refund my eGift Card?

Unfortunately, discount or promo codes cannot be retroactively applied to an order once it has been placed.

If my eGift Card is used on an order that was refunded, where will that refund go?

If your eGift Card is used on an online order that was refunded, a new eGift Card will be emailed to you in the form and amount tendered for that portion of the purchase. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded.

If a purchase is returned and an eGift Card is refunded and new eGift Card sent, is that new eGift Card sent to the email that purchased/returned the product or sent to the email that purchased the original eGift Card?

New eGift Cards for returned/refunded items are only sent to the email associated with the sale of the goods being returned/refunded. The original eGift Card recipient or any intermediate people who pass around that eGift Card number and PIN are not the customer listed on the sale, therefore, will not receive a new eGift Card.

What if there is a problem with my eGift Card?

Please contact the applicable Customer Support number specified on the applicable website or visit the Contact Us page on the applicable website under Support or within the footer of the website.

What should I do if I suspect I am a victim of a prepaid gift card scam?

If you suspect you are the victim of a prepaid card scam, please reach out to our customer service team by contacting the applicable Customer Service number specified on the applicable website and tell us right away. Keep the eGift Card and any receipts you have. What if I entered the wrong delivery email address?

If you inadvertantly enter the incorrect delivery email please reach out to our Customer Service departmeent for assitance.
